Right of Withdrawal

This section outlines the consumer’s right to withdraw from a purchase made on bricolinea.com in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right to Withdraw
If you are purchasing as a consumer (non-business use), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Return of Goods
Once the withdrawal request has been accepted, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notification.

The product must be returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories and documentation

  • In unused and undamaged condition

You are responsible for the proper packaging and safe shipment of the item(s).

Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund corresponding to the product value and standard shipping cost (if applicable), using the same payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
